Elizabeth and David's Highlands Ranch Mansion Wedding

Elizabeth and David’s big day started in the luxurious interior of the Highlands Ranch Mansion. The ornate mirrors, crystal chandeliers, and refurbished decor was the perfect setting for Elizabeth to feel like a princess on her wedding day. We were working double duty that day, as we did both planning and floral! We loved that Elizabeth created a unique vision with us that included many feathers and berries!

The ceremony took place on the lawn with the mansion as a picturesque backdrop. During the ceremony, they watered a tree that they would grow together, as a symbol of their marriage. After they sealed the deal with a kiss, guests headed to cocktail hour where they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres by Biscuits & Berries. We absolutely adored the Globe that guests signed on a country where they thought Elizabeth and David should travel to! What a fun way to plan their next vacay!

The concept for the escort cards is definitely on our favorites list. Each card was held by a mini gold animal, and the animal told you which table you were at! They were gorgeous and made for a beautiful display. The reception decor and floral included exquisite vases filled with deep colored floral and feathers. Elizabeth and David are very outdoorsy people, so we wanted to reflect that in a unique way. Their dessert station was decor in itself! As the dancing ended, guests were greeted with sparklers and bubbles on the mansion steps for Elizabeth and David’s exit to their old fashioned car, whisking them away to the Four Seasons in Denver.

We would like to thank Justyna Butler for stepping in on such short notice to photograph Elizabeth and David’s wedding. They had a not so good experience with a certain photographer, and were in need of a new one three weeks before their wedding! She stepped in with a great discount and truly made them feel special.
