Heather Allen
co-founder & Lead event planner: Colorado & Destination events
Originally a Florida girl, Heather headed West after graduating with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. After pursuing her Master’s degree and realizing that getting her own show on E! was going to be harder than she thought, she switched gears and devoted 7 years of her life to the advertising world working with large Automotive brands like Ford and Toyota. Through this endeavor she realized that it wasn’t the corporate expense account that she loved most, but instead it was the planning of large events for her high profile clients.
After planning her own wedding, she realized the wedding industry had a need for a modern day planner that focused on event design as well as making sure the event was personalized to the couple. Heather entered the wedding market in 2004 as a vivacious trendsetter when wedding planners weren’t even really a thing (except in movies!) She has an impressive client list which includes many celebrity names. Just ask her! She’ll share stories!
Heather is an anomaly! She is known for creating the trend, not following it. She is a type A right-brained leader. She is known for “dreaming up” her next design concept (literally). Although she possesses all the “standard” qualities of an exceptional planner, her forte is definitely event design and the art of negotiation. This is what her clients love about her most – and that she is really fun! (This is one of her core values.)
Heather’s ingenious designs and ideas have been featured nationally and internationally by places like VOGUE, British Vogue, Over the Moon, The Knot, Bride’s, Martha Stewart, Inside Weddings, Carats & Cake, Party Slate, Rocky Mountain Bride, Style Me Pretty, and Grace Ormonde (to name a few). Heather’s reputation in the wedding industry has earned her some of the most prestigious accolades such as Event Solutions “Event Planner of the Year” and being inducted into the Knot’s “Hall of Fame” for being voted in the “Best Of” Wedding Planners for 15 years in a row. As of 2022, Heather is now bi-coastal spending equal amounts of time on the West Coast and the East Coast and is the lead planner on all of our Destination Weddings. She has worked in The Bahamas, Cabo, The Hamptons, Nantucket, New York City, Palm Springs, and lots of other dreamy destinations.

Shannon Wilson

A Florida native, Shannon graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Management. In 2004, Shannon realized the need for a vivacious and creative wedding planning company. Along Florida’s West Coast is where she plans some of the most lavish sunset affairs and opulent wedding weekends. She executes splendid guest experiences for amazing clients.
Awarded the Spotlight Award for “Event Planner of the Year,” Shannon has made a name for herself in the event industry. She was also awarded the Special Event Award for “Best Entertainment” for an extravagant birthday party. Her keen eye for detail coupled with her trend-setting creativity has led to national recognition. Weddings Unveiled, Modern Luxury, Brides, TheKnot, Style Me Pretty and Grace Ormonde have all showcased her events.
Shannon’s expertise led her to becoming an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida. Her position highlights her knowledge for aspiring wedding planners. She possesses the perfect balance of an enthusiastic personality and professional experience, which makes her the ideal Florida wedding and event planner!
JACKIE ROSS
Event Planner: Florida Events
A graduate of Florida State University, Jackie was sure she would have a lifelong career in commercial real estate. A Bachelor’s degree and seven years later she realized that wouldn’t be the case. She took a huge leap of faith, and almost seventeen years later, Jackie has proven to be a sought-after Tampa Bay wedding planner. In a feature by Brides, a national wedding publication, her creative décor ideas garnered recognition as an industry expert. She shines in all types of weddings, including South Asian and fusion weddings. Blending cultures in a creative way is where Jackie excels. She has perfected a seamless planning process for out-of-town clients… even those on the West Coast!
Thanks to her corporate background, you can rest assured that your contracts will be iron-clad and your budget will be down to the penny. Most of all, she prides herself on being an organized “go-to” wedding planner with a checklist in-hand. Her upbeat demeanor combined with meticulous planning and a passion for perfection help her create fresh, fun and innovative designs. From whimsical to elegant, traditional to modern, white to black and everything in between. You name it and Jackie will make it happen!

LEXI DAVIS
EVENT PLANNER: COLORADO EVENTS
Lexi was born and raised in Colorado and although she has moved states a few times in her life, Colorado has always been home. Lexi attended Colorado State University, majoring in Communications. It was during her college years in that Lexi started working in the bridal industry and quickly found herself immersed in bridal fashion and the art of styling brides.
Six years and hundreds of brides later, Lexi realized that she resonated most with the planning and creative design side of weddings. For as long as she can remember, Lexi had a knack for bringing people together- Whether orchestrating family holidays or
planning elaborate birthday parties, she found herself naturally gravitating towards the role of the event planner.
Lexi set out to channel her perfectionism and passion for planning and design into a career that would allow her to create unforgettable experiences for couples. Lexi loves designing timeless weddings that are infused with unique touches that reflect the personality of the couple. For Lexi, the true joy lies in the opportunity to be there for couples from engagement to wedding day, guiding them through the planning process with infinite creativity and an eye for detail.
