Heather Allen
FOUNDER & LEAD EVENT PLANNER: COLORADO & DESTINATION EVENTS
Originally a Florida girl, Heather headed West after graduating with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. After pursuing her Master’s degree and realizing that getting her own show on E! was going to be harder than she thought, she switched gears and spent seven years in advertising, working with major automotive brands including Ford and Toyota. Along the way, she realized it wasn’t the corporate expense account she loved most—it was planning large-scale events for her high-profile clients.
After planning her own wedding, Heather saw an opportunity for a more modern approach to wedding planning—one that placed thoughtful event design and a couple’s personality at the center of the experience. In 2004, she founded Table 6 Productions and entered the wedding industry as a vivacious trendsetter, back when wedding planners weren’t really a thing (except in movies!). More than two decades later, Heather has planned and designed luxury weddings and events for clients across Colorado, Florida, and destinations around the world, including a number of recognizable names. Just ask her—she’ll share stories!
Heather is known for creating the trend, not following it. A Type A, right-brained leader, she has been known to literally dream up her next design concept. While she possesses all the qualities of an exceptional luxury wedding planner, her true fortes are event design, creative problem-solving, and the art of negotiation. Her clients love her ability to pair big ideas with smart strategy—and the fact that she makes the process genuinely fun.
Heather’s work has been featured nationally and internationally in Vogue, British Vogue, Over The Moon, Brides, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, Inside Weddings, Carats & Cake, PartySlate, Rocky Mountain Bride, Style Me Pretty, and Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, among others. Her reputation in the wedding industry has earned her accolades including Event Solutions’ Event Planner of the Year and induction into The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame after being recognized as a Best of Weddings planner for 15 consecutive years.
Today, Heather divides her time between Colorado, Florida, and New York while serving as lead planner for Table 6 Productions’ destination weddings. Her work has taken her from The Bahamas and Cabo to The Hamptons, Nantucket, New York City, Palm Springs, and beyond. Whether designing an intimate destination celebration or producing a large-scale luxury wedding weekend, Heather approaches each event with the same goal: create something deeply personal, beautifully designed, and unlike anything her clients have experienced before.

Shannon Wilson

A Florida native, Shannon graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Management. In 2004, Shannon realized the need for a vivacious and creative wedding planning company. Along Florida’s West Coast is where she plans some of the most lavish sunset affairs and opulent wedding weekends. She executes splendid guest experiences for amazing clients.
Awarded the Spotlight Award for “Event Planner of the Year,” Shannon has made a name for herself in the event industry. She was also awarded the Special Event Award for “Best Entertainment” for an extravagant birthday party. Her keen eye for detail coupled with her trend-setting creativity has led to national recognition. Weddings Unveiled, Modern Luxury, Brides, TheKnot, Style Me Pretty and Grace Ormonde have all showcased her events.
Shannon’s expertise led her to becoming an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida. Her position highlights her knowledge for aspiring wedding planners. She possesses the perfect balance of an enthusiastic personality and professional experience, which makes her the ideal Florida wedding and event planner!
JACKIE ROSS
Event Planner: Florida Events
A graduate of Florida State University, Jackie was sure she would have a lifelong career in commercial real estate. A Bachelor’s degree and seven years later she realized that wouldn’t be the case. She took a huge leap of faith, and almost seventeen years later, Jackie has proven to be a sought-after Tampa Bay wedding planner. In a feature by Brides, a national wedding publication, her creative décor ideas garnered recognition as an industry expert. She shines in all types of weddings, including South Asian and fusion weddings. Blending cultures in a creative way is where Jackie excels. She has perfected a seamless planning process for out-of-town clients… even those on the West Coast!

Most of all, she prides herself on being an organized “go-to” wedding planner with a checklist in-hand. Her upbeat demeanor combined with meticulous planning and a passion for perfection help her create fresh, fun and innovative designs. Lexi was born and raised in Colorado and although she has moved states a few times in her life, Colorado has always been home. Lexi attended Colorado State University, majoring in Communications. It was during her college years in that Lexi started working in the bridal industry and quickly found herself immersed in bridal fashion and the art of styling brides.
Six years and hundreds of brides later, Lexi realized that she resonated most with the planning and creative design side of weddings. For as long as she can remember, Lexi had a knack for bringing people together- Whether orchestrating family holidays or
planning elaborate birthday parties, she found herself naturally gravitating towards the role of the event planner.
Lexi set out to channel her perfectionism and passion for planning and design into a career that would allow her to create unforgettable experiences for couples. Lexi loves designing timeless weddings that are infused with unique touches that reflect the personality of the couple. For Lexi, the true joy lies in the opportunity to be there for couples from engagement to wedding day, guiding them through the planning process with infinite creativity and an eye for detail.
