From sourcing the perfect venue, to playing matchmaker to partner you with the perfect vendors, to diligently managing every detail on the wedding weekend, our team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your momentous event is
perfectly planned, meticulously designed, and flawlessly executed.
In addition to all the intricate details of planning a wedding from sourcing the best entertainment, to arranging hotel blocks, to booking transportation, and all of the necessary arrangements that need to be made to ensure an epic weekend, we are also heavily involved in the design process. We will curate a creative combination of décor, floral, lighting, linens, rentals, tabletop, and artistic installations to craft an unforgettable celebration that will leave you and your guests in awe. One of our favorite moments on the wedding day is when our client’s see their wedding space for the first time.

1. Investment Counselor
We will develop an aesthetic for your event which will be key in bringing your vision to life. We will make sure all of the design details are cohesive, transformative, and reflective of your styles and personalities. Curating your design team and partnering with the right people will be a key component in producing a flawless environment.
2. Design Director
We will work together with you and all of our visual partners to make the design process fun, efficient, and inspiring. We try our best to push ourselves to present old ideas in fresh ways and not copy or repeat things that have been seen. Because this is one of the most challenging parts in design, it takes a solid team that works together harmoniously to deliver imaginative details.
3. Vendor Matchmaker
With our 20+ years experience in the event industry, we have built solid and reputable partnerships with vendors all over the world. We are kind, thoughtful, and fair when curating your vendor team which means people like to work with us. This is a great advantage to you. We pay close attention to the chemistry that this partnership will require between all of us to deliver the best results.
4. Ace Negotiator
We are not only masters at crafting budgets, but we are also very realistic. We are forthright with our clients so that we can set expectations early on, earn your trust, and set us both up for success. Although we don’t set the prices, we are extremely knowledgeable about what you should expect. We address your investment questions and make sure to educate you into an industry that we consider ourselves experts.

We thrive under pressure. Perseverance is our middle name. And in our minds, “Everything is Figure-out-able” (usually). Obviously we can’t control things like pandemics and inclement weather, but we will always strive to come up with solutions while displaying a calm demeanor.
