Fave Vendors - Week of 5/7/07
posted by table6 in UncategorizedThis week we would like to recognize some of the fabulous bakers that we work with both in Colorado and Florida. First, we would like to mention Chocolate Pi. Their cakes are truly magnificent and are inspired by various cities. Think Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp (Savannah, GA) or Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake (Boston) YUM! And they are willing to work with us on the grandiose designs we seem to come up with.
We would also like to mention another wonderful baker - Elegant Bakery in Denver. The owners are from Poland and make their icing a lot different then we Americans do - without all the sugar. The end result is a fluffy, creamy, mess and we just love it! Not to mention, the cakes are so moist! Must be a European secret!
