It was such a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding at the Carlouel Yacht Club…one of our favorite outdoor locations. It was the perfect temperature for a seaside ceremony. Carrie an dJeff were inspired by the yacht club because of its character, relaxed environment, and its sea-side charm. The wedding boasted a nautical theme which was carried throughout with crisp khaki linens, elegant but simple floral centerpieces, bright white lanterns and compasses that held each guests escort card.

We used a khaki burlap fabric which gave the room a neutral but nautical feeling. The invitations, place cards and programs were made with white washed wood as the backing and a rough sparkley paper with a non-traditional, old fashioned font. Instead of shoes, the girls wore foot jewelry to accent their pedicured toes. Check out the photos in the photo album. The next day, the couple jetted off to Costa Rica for a relaxing and romantic honeymoon.
